During this intensive day, you will work with four CX Storytelling competencies that together create the Customer Experience Ripple Effect.
1. Build – building a strong CX Story
You will learn:
- What essential building blocks every CX story needs
- how to carefully choose what you do and don't say
- how to structure your CX message into a clear and compelling story
2. Strengthen – make your story memorable
You discover:
- how to use storytelling techniques to make your story stick
- how to avoid the most common pitfalls
- how to use personal elements to create connection without it becoming vague
3. Deliver – tell your story convincingly
You are working on:
- how to convey your story to different target groups
- how to actively engage your audience in presentations and conversations
- how to speak with more calmness, clarity, and conviction
4. Scale – using storytelling in a scalable way
You will learn:
- How to make your CX Story repeatable and scalable
- how to work with the CX Story Canvas and the 1:8 rule to create spin-offs
- how to incorporate your story into presentations, sessions, internal communications, and content

What it is
- You will learn to work with the 4 CX Storytelling competencies
- You will gain insight into making tough choices and structuring your story.
- You will learn storytelling techniques that can be applied immediately.
- You adapt your story to different target groups
- You increase your persuasiveness and visibility
- You work with a CX Story Canvas for scalable impact
- You create a personal plan for your CX Storytelling
- You learn from and with other CX professionals
What it is not
- We do not solve complete practical cases for you.
- We won't turn you into a 'top speaker' in a single day
- We teach you how to make an impact with your CX story; it is not a presentation course
(so you don't necessarily have to speak). - We don't teach you how to design slides
- We don't do it for you, you do it yourself!
(but we give you our knowledge, structure, inspiration, and guidance)
