I already knew Nienke as an inspiring Keynote speaker of several CX Events. This time she took on the entire CX consultant team of ABN AMRO Retail in her CCXP Master Class. Two full, energetic days in which we shared a lot of knowledge and experience with each other. The CCXP program is a great way to lay out all CX knowledge and go through it.
