This Master Class is an all-inclusive learning experience. A two-day 'live' masterclass at a location of your choice. Everyone receives the comprehensive syllabus, which is also often consulted after the CX Masterclass. You will be immersed in content throughout the CX Master Class and exchange CX knowledge with each other: a blended-learning program!
Nienke Bloem CCXP RTP presents the CX Master Class by herself, entirely customized. Depending on your wishes, the CX Master Class can be provided in Dutch or English. The syllabus is in English.
