What will you learn in this training?
This one-day training consists of three parts:
- The players: How do you recognize the archetypes in your organization and how do you influence them effectively? What role do you yourself take and how do you increase your repertoire of actions?
- The playing field: You will map your own field of forces and learn how to find strategic allies and build coalitions. Who do you need to achieve your goals? How do you deal with resistance?
- The rules of the game: What are the dominant unwritten rules within your organization? How can you navigate them smartly and confidently? What tactics help you use your feminine and masculine qualities effectively?
After this training:
- You know how to strategically influence.
- You can be concrete in what you want and learn to play the force field.
- You understand how to play the game in the organization and how to operate effectively in it.
